Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details: email address, display name, optional photo and bio.
Your content: check-ins, notes, photos, posts, comments and reactions.
Preferences: privacy settings, notification choices and focus areas.
Optional, consent-based usage analytics to improve the product.

How it is used

To run the service: showing your progress, sharing what you choose with communities you join, powering challenges and sending notifications you have opted into. We do not sell personal information.

Your controls

Check-ins are private by default. Sharing is always your explicit choice.
Your profile is private by default and visible only inside your communities.
Leaderboards, notifications and analytics are all opt-in.
Community admins can never read your private check-ins.

Deletion

You can request account deletion inside the app (Settings, then Delete my account). Access is revoked immediately and data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

Storage

Data is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase) using industry standard encryption in transit and at rest, protected by row level security.
